The management of T&L Inc. dba TRYMES is vitally interested in its employees’ health and safety. Protecting employees from injury or occupational disease is a major continuing objective. Employees at every level, including management, are responsible and accountable for the company’s overall safety initiatives. Complete and active participation by everyone, every day, in every job is necessary for the safety among all workers on the job site.
Management supports participation in the program by all employees and provides proper equipment, training and procedures. Employees are responsible for following all procedures, working safely, and, wherever possible, improving safety measures.
All employees are expected and encouraged to participate in safety program activities including the following: reporting hazards, unsafe work practices and accidents immediately to their supervisors; wearing required personal protective equipment; and participating in and supporting safety committee activities. Employees are responsible to ensure that machinery and equipment are safe and that every employee must protect his or her own health and safety by working in compliance with the law and with safe work practices and procedures established by the company.
It is in the best interest of all parties to consider health and safety in every activity. Commitment to health and safety must form an integral part of this organization, from the president to the workers. An injury and accident-free workplace is our goal. Through continuous safety and loss control, we can accomplish this.
